No concerns......Tire Rack assured me it is the same tire and the car was only a week old with 1400 miles on it.....BMW service department endorsed and mounted and balanced it...

FYI, I waited 6 days to see the change from "Production Begins" to the next stage of "exterior body assembly begins".

I'm sure, in that time, it's moving along, but the site and even the genius's don't get updates.

Yeah that sounds about right, after about 1-2 weeks mine jumped to final assembly for a few days before moving to ready for transport

I picked up a set of OEM 18" style 780s. Right now they have pirelli all seasons on them. I'm going to see how those fair in the snow and if they suck I'll throw a set of blizzaks on them.

If you already have a VIN I'm pretty sure your car is being made or is about to start. The online tracker is rarely accurate and often jumps steps after a few days of inactivity, so I wouldn't take it as gospel. From past builds it doesn't take that long for a car to be built, provided there aren't any issues.

BMW Genius said estimated date of completion is the 22nd so idk...

That’s unusually long not to see any movement in the timeline. Have your SA check their internal system at the dealership and see what stage you are on. Geniuses can’t see the specific stages.

Ill probably call Genius this afternoon and give it another day or two. There is alot of conflicting information on the accuracy of the online tracker in My Garage.

Not yet. I called the genius line this morning: it's still scheduled to start this week, but there are only 2 days left and it's making me nuts.
