Demand and supply my friend, however I was able to get 5300 off on a rwd m440i convertible before applying loyalty and any other discounts, but didn't get it as I am waiting for awd vert.

car demand is high and supply is low, dealers are really stingy with prices. I was able to get a great deal cause we knew the GM of a dealership, but other dealerships didn't give us more than 1k off MSRP (most of the time it was MSRP)

Which dealer should I contact for a good deal on a custom 2022 RWD M440i coupe? I'm in the SF Bay Area but I will contact whomever can give me the best deal. I intend to buy (not lease.)

Is it better to use a broker or negotiate a deal yourself for a 430i xdrive coupe deal?

I was thinking of using this company.

2022 430i options

I am trying to order a 2022 430i M-Sport convertible to include the Driving Assistance Professional Package. This includes many safety features such as active cruise control.
Building this car on the BMW website this option was available up until last week and now it’s no longer available and my local dealer has no information as to if and when it will become available.

Think I read somewhere that it's only available on the 440 now due to parts shortages

my lease is almost due, looking for 440 x-drive coupe, seem like all dealers in tri-state are doing MSRP only.

Just got a quote from one of the dealer at California. MY22 440i MSRP 64K, 3yr/12K $3000 drives $1061 per month.

It seems a 6% discount off MSRP may not be very difficult to get at several dealers in the SF Bay Area. I've been offered that by three of them. I'm just waiting a little for some BMW incentives before placing an order.

It appears there is a $1000 incentive for purchases Sept. 16-19; see https://www.bmwusa.com/accelerateintoautumn.html
The usual caveats about participating dealers apply, and vehicle must be delivered before November 30.

i found out current MF in NJ/NY area is .00093 and every MSD brings it down by .00004 to a max of .00028, so with 7 MSDs the MF would be .00065.
