Will this fit 2019 x3 m40i?
It would not.

Still in the queue. Some of the stuff in front of it is taking a bit more time then expected.

Hopefully the B46/8 intake will also have the option of a CF lid with a contour to fit the M440i brace??

The base 330i intake does not have a cutout/contour. Its nearly identical to the M340i intake. The brace compliant / 4 series variant is in the works.

There is a build order in for it so its just a matter of getting down to that order in the production queue for kitting. Shouldn't be terribly long.

Hate to beat a dead horse but any update as to when you guys will have this CAI for the M440i? I've got my engine tuner installed with M Performance exhaust, this is the missing link

An actual ETA, no. Took a customer development M440i in a little over a week ago and are going through the fitment testing on it for a variety of products (including a first article intake) so we should be finalizing design in the short term. Production pieces though would still be some time out.

Has anyone successfully fitted this to a 2022 M340? I emailed Dinan and they haven't tested it on a 2022 yet.

Does anyone else have a bit of cracking on the carbon tube that screws into the airbox?

Is it possible it cracked from over tightening it? Or over time?

I would assume it's possible but I was very careful not to overtighten and it seems to only be on one bolt.

They are linked on the bottom of the product page on our website under the "tech resources" tab.
Is there a Dinan dealer in Spain because I want to get the axle back Dinan exhaust installed and want some back up should one of the valves fail

Shouldn't be unless it was overtightened as mentioned. Feel free to reach out to support though with some photos and they can assess as well as determine what may be able to be done (https://www.dinancars.com/submit-ticket/).

There is not I'm afraid. Closest physical dealer would be in the UK or Switzerland. Sometimes I can point to the APR sister company dealers in the region but in this case VAGSPEED will not touch BMW's so is not an option.

Building as we are able. Have a couple dozen currently being built so will clear out some of the backorder. If you are just waiting for it to be in stock before ordering you will likely be waiting for quite awhile yet however. Everything M340i has been on perpetual rolling backorder since release so if interested it's best to just secure a spot in line. Right now is probably the cheapest you will EVER see that kit for as well.

Order placed in early September. Is there a chance I could be getting one of the couple dozen? Dinan_Engineering

Possible. Don't have access to the system to see where the cutoff may be currently however (traveling).
