AC Schnitzer lowering springs M340ix

The wheel/fender gaps on my car is driving me nuts, have been waiting for height adjustable springs to become available but nothing that I know of is available for the M340ix. I've been thinking of getting the ACS spring kit as the drop is not as much as other brands since I'd like to retain as much ride quality as I can.

Has anyone fitted the ACS lowering spring kit on their M340i that might be able to provide any feedback in terms of ride quality? If you're able to share some pics as well that would be most appreciated. Thanks

I had ACS my 535d xdrive and couldn’t of been happier. I really appreciated how they had a separate part number just for that engine. The rode better than stock in every way possible but the f10 xdrive had the luxury suspension on them not the rwd sport springs

Very happy with the ACS springs on my G21 M340ix. I swapped the RFT to PS4S as well so the ride was seemingly more comfortable (less of the harsh kind of impact the M-suspension and RFT seem to convey on the certain bumpy road surfaces here locally.

Your car looks great!

I ended up having the ACS springs fitted and completely agree. The stance is great and there is no sacrifice in ride comfort. What surprised me even more is how much better the car feels in corners, so much flatter and composed. A worthy upgrade!

Is this with spacers or not?

Looks really good.

When they were installed, did you have to try different settings or was the setup optimized out of the box?

They were installed a year ago. Installed as they are out of the box without a need to change any settings. I eventually removed them as BMW warned that they wouldn't honour the warranty if any issues arose as a result of the springs.

Have you looked in to Cobra lowering springs? They have a nice drop and improve the ride quality. The cornering is nice and flat as well. Even with the front lip, I am able to clear speed bumps with ease. The best part is the springs are no where near as expensive.

Wow really? As in the full warranty, or the warranty on the suspension components?

Not the full warranty, only for any issues relating to the suspension components.
