Hey hey! FYI. Your video files don't need to be converted to mp4. You can also play . MKV files. I haven't tried other video formats like .AVI so I can't comment on that container type.

No converting or special coding required.

Currently have movies/tv shows in one folder and music in another. Using a 128gb Lexar USB flash drive. Formatted exFAT.

Works flawlessly.

Hi Bob,

Would you mind sharing how you access the videos in the iDrive system?

I have a memory stick plugged in with music and videos on it.
The music is accessible but i cannot seem to find a way to browse for videos/other media.

I'm wondering whether I need to code 'Video via USB' and 'Extra Codec Support' to get this to work.

Have you done any coding besides 'Video in Motion' ?

Many thanks in advance :-)
