Square Set up...30ET

Okay, I've searched but not finding a clear answer.

Am looking for a 19x8.5 rim with 245/35-19 tire for a squared set up.

Most TireRack sets list about 30mm backspacing for front and rear fitment. Some 2mm less or more.

I know TR is pretty solid and conservative on their measures. I am more interested in opinions here...does this jibe with what folks understand? Moreover, can I assume that'll be fine up front with no rub on strut, no rub at full lock/compression, and no "poke"?

I'm running 245/40-19 rubber on 19x8.5 et30 wheels for track duty, no issues.
