Mineral Gray wrapped in XPEL Stealth film (not a G20)

Came across this MG M2 wrapped in stealth film. Kinda reminds me of the launch edition finish

Looks pretty much exactly like an original BMW Individual color, Frozen Grey. I love it, I'd do it on my Alpine White but it's like $3k or more

You can’t say that actually looks good or worth the cost. It doesn’t look frozen at all. Looks like a vinyl wrap. Paint has depth and translucency. Satin wraps and vinyl doesn’t.

That same exact combo M2 exists in the neighborhood and it’s not fooling anyone into think it’s a frozen color. Looks stupid.

Troll is back! Hope’s it going?

It’s called an opinion. There’s a lot of that here if you can read.

This has no translucency? That's literally the primary visual property of the paint protection film. The only reason you see the gray color though the film (I won't call it a wrap) is because it is translucent. Congratulations you directly contradicted yourself.

My bad. Translucency is the wrong word. Meant to say that the surface doesn’t have the depth and richness that the frozen has. Appreciate the correction.

Who said it was trying to be Frozen? Maybe the person just liked the satin effect. I do like it, so yes I actually can say I think it looks good (much like how you gave your opinion...).

Point is that if you’re going that route might as well order real satin frozen paint. It’s a close enough look to mimic it and the real thing is available. It’s just OCD trying to look cool.
