Whining Fan Type Noise on Shit Down and Start Up

About a week ago I shut off car with windows open and heard this unusual sound. Like a whirling fan noise. About 3 - 5 seconds. So I start car again and it does it the reverse. Meaning on shit down starts high pitch and then softens and the reverse on start up. Did a voice memo and sent to SA. Not familiar with it. Have to Schroeder ice.

Plus media is acting funky. On presets once I go to radio from S XM it will only go to one radio station no matter what I pick. Can choose another satellite station but not FM. Have to go to FM to scroll and choose FM stations. Tried resetting. Nothing.

Can you post it here? After you lock the car, the air suspension on the rear might adjust and you can hear that sound.

Coming from front and started about 2 weeks ago.

No air suspension or related noise on the front end of the car.
