At least my current lease doesn't end until February, so that shouldn't be an issue. I was more so looking forward to getting some warm weather driving in before winter hits up here in the Northeast.

I had a C43 but my lease ended earlier this month I was very impatient especially because I don't have a car right now but I don't need it since I'm working from home and here in NYC everything is still shut down so I'm not missing much. I hope the September incentives are better if not I'm even open to having my delivery delayed until October, the start of a new quarter incentives should be better. |

Picked up my 21’ M340i on Monday. Only terrible shot I have currently getting PPF, Tints and coating. Not sure how I feel about not being able to turn off the Auto start/stop. Then again always have it in sport/+ anyway. Will get some shots after the detailing is done. |

Consider yourself lucky. Our cars basically started production in the same week. Then mine did a 3-4 week pit stop in quality control. Don't know what that was about? And now it's still sitting at the port in Germany waiting for a mystery recall? |

What is this about no disabling auto start /stop?
Also, I heard all US spec get built in the same week for the Germany builds, next possible week for that is in October... And that's where I'm stuck at with my build date.

I spent a decent amount of time today digging into the settings looking for the spot to turn off the auto start / stop. No luck.
103 degrees today and you can feel it in the AC when stopped. |

When I got my car it had a very small curb rash that they fixed and re painted so I'm guessing that was part of it. That and any port installed parts slow down the process. Hope this helps!

The start stop is very subtle I don't feel it at all. The other day it was 100+ and the Motor stopped you could feel the AC immediately get warmer. As soon I got moving the AC went back to cool. But the engine itself you don't feel at all.

Has anyone had their new order released from "Ready for Transport" purgatory over these last couple of weeks? Mine's been in there since 8/20. Kind of hoping I don't have to wait another week or two, although I know some were sitting for several weeks.
Just wondered if any 2021 MY cars have been put on ships since 8/20. |

I called the Genius number yesterday and he said the transport from SLP to the ports have been running very slow and running half capacity. There was nothing he saw as far as a recall, I know it was mentioned earlier in the thread. |

With this information I would suspect another 2-3 weeks which leads me to believe people with dealership deliveries are going to be towards end of September and PCD first or second week of October
