Definitely. I was pretty relaxed about the wait to be honest although since lockdown eased I was more keen for it to arrive because I'm going out again. Now I'm just keen to get it because I'm worried if there is another lockdown soon, deliveries will cease again. At least when the car is here it's here lockdown or not.

Was meant to be picking up my 330e at weekend, but dealer has had notice from BMW UK to put delivery on hold. They have no further details at this stage and don’t know how long, does any else heard the same hopefully they can resolve before the Sep deliveries, could be a few unhappy customers.

I've read on another thread the same I'll post what he said below:

BMW issued a recall and delivery halt of all new 330e both Sedan and Touring cars

I was contacted regarding my one week old 330e Touring and they advised to suspend any plug-in charging of the car until further notice. Using any drive mode and battery control to charge the car while driving should be fine.

According to the bmw.co.uk website and my VIN number: "There is an open technical enhancement on this vehicle." with code STOP020700.

potential issue in the welding process of the HV-modules.

There is no fix as of this moment.

As for the G20, it seems its affecting mostly July 2020 productions vehicles.

affected chassis include
G01
G05
G12
G20
G30
F60 Mini Cooper

Just out of interest, for those that have ordered in June, july or august, what sort of delivery dates have you been given?

Mine was originally ordered in June, but that order got messed up so it was re ordered in July, my original del date was mid december. Ive had an update that its now mid November. Im just wondering if i can hope for any further improvements!

Mine was ordered mid June and i'm collecting it on Friday 11th September. I did have the option to collect in mid August but I've had to wait so it fits in with my existing lease deal.
