Traffic Camera Information Option

Apparently being gullible enough to try anything once, I got the $25 subscription for traffic cam information. It was mostly a curiosity item since I already have these alerts via other means (next paragraph).

I intentionally drove to an area that my Escort Max360c correctly identifies red light cameras that have been in place for at least 15 years. Waze on Carplay correctly identified them at the same time. The BMW service didn't say a word about them.

Am I missing something? Do I need to do something to enable this feature in the car? My list of apps of services shows it listed.

No, it's simply trash. One of the main Boulevards here has been closed for 2 months and bmw still doesn't know so it makes me go through a road in construction.
