iDrive update says I can now toggle tail lights with DRL, but I don't see option?

Just did an update to my iDrive and the change log indicates I can set tail lights with DRL. However, I don't see this option. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm not sure if I understood correctly, but when I go to Car-Settings-Exterior lighting I have an option Daytime driving lights rear. SW 07/2020.25

This update makes it appear that you should see a 'with taillights' option now under the DRL settings but I can't confirm that.

For US spec vehicles you won't see a checkbox or specific setting option under lighting. However, I can confirm that if you have 03/2020 or 07/2020 software your rear drl's will activate if you have the drl option selected in the exterior lighting settings menu.

I can't recall but this option may have been included with the 11/2019 update. In which case the note above should still apply. But I can only confirm I've seen it working correctly on my 03/2020 and 07/2020 software updates.

This answers my question and makes sense. When I was toggling the option, the graphic that shows the vehicle shows the tail lights lighting up too. So I assumed maybe in the US spec they didn't include the extra button but just consolidated it into one.

Yes, that's what appears to be the case. But you would think they would update the release notes accordingly.
