What’s the F/R weight distribution of the 330e and how does it effect handling?
Hey guys,
There's not a lot of info out there about the 330e. Does anyone objectively know: - How's the weight distribution for the 330e compared to the 320i/330i which are supposed to have the perfect 50-50? Given that the battery also resides in the back-end I expect it to be heavy at the back. But how bad is it? - How does this changed weight distribution (if applicable) and added total weight (which is around 300kg) going to influence the cars handling? What to expect? Everywhere you look, the G20 is praised for its excellent handling so I expect a much better ride than the old F30 330e, but still very curious about what I can expect. I test drove both a G20 330i and a 530e when at the dealer because the G20 330e wasn't available yet. However, comparing the current 5 with the new 3 of course isn't going to tell the whole story. Currently I drive an E90 325i and I love driving it. Feels so stable and fast. |

Not a lot of response! I guess bimmerpost fans don't know either. I've heard that a Dutch car review website is in the process of making a dedicated 330e review. They mentioned it during the touring review that was published last week. If it's online I'll share it here as well.
