Personally I think it's worth it for the Michelin PS4S tires alone, planning to upgrade my run-flats to these at the first opportunity! If you plan to track the car this should be an easy decision as I don't think the M340i includes an oil cooler without this package. To be fair it does include an oil-to-coolant heat exchanger which appears to use the coolant to cool the oil but I think having a separate oil cooler would be more appropriate for regular track use.

Papadakis Racing has an excellent B58 engine tear down video that shows and explains the heat exchanger (same B58 engine in the Supra and M340i) (skip to 2:39 for heat exchanger info):

I think you can get the PS4S tires with the 19 inch 792M wheels without ZTK...might be able to get a dealer to order with the 791M too although the configurator seems to not allow it.

Charge is 600$ for the wheels/tires + 150$ for the spare tire instead of 1500$ for the ZTK which comes with wheels/tires/tire repair kit/oil cooler/larger front brakes (albeit a little mysterious).

I heard back from a local dealer sales associate. His feedback, after checking with several folks at bmw corporate and regional producers experts, was that the ZTK comes with larger rotors but the calipers are the same.

Just another data point!

I hope so, that would be great! I wonder if there are any comparison pics?

You are correct.

2020 model here. Full loaded w/ ZTK. Larger calipers AND rotors.

Not sure if they changed that for 2021.

Yeah I have this package and my front calipers are huge! It looks really good I'm very happy I ordered this package. Better brakes , tires and cooling. was comparing with some of the M340s on the lot. Definitely larger calipers and rotors.

Graaf_Autowerks - has your car come in?

One of the reasons I ordered this kit on my 2021 build was for this reason, so I will be fairly disappointed if they eliminated the larger front calipers for some reason.

I won't find out for about a month, but will update the forums when I take delivery.

Here was mine. The calipers look similar to the standard blue ones that come on the M340i but these are definitely quite a bit bigger.

Thought I'd share a photo I took at my last track day of some Supra calipers. Clearly pulling from the same parts bin.

I have a ‘21 and they’re massive. Absolutely zero space between caliber and front wheels.

Definitely fills the 18" snow wheel and tire package to the edge... I didn't measure but based on this it appears 2021 still get the larger caliper just like 2020 did.

Disregard the mess. The car is in for tints and some blacking out of the reflectors. Next week it gets carbon fiber lip and spoiler installed and then a full paint correction and ceramic coating to finish the job.

This is definitely the larger caliper.

One thing is for sure, they can't fit any bigger in there. Lol.

Thanks for sharing!

Did the dealer fit the wheels/tires? Which wheel style is that? Any particular reason you didn't go with the 19inch sottozeros?

Those are the standard dealer offering for 18" wheels that actually fit over the bigger calipers.

I think the ‘21 might be larger because there is no way 18s would fit over mine. Just looking at the image my discs look larger because there seems to be less space than that between the discs and wheel.

Burrcold is correct above, had dealer order and install. I'm a firm believer in smaller wheels for winter performance, the low profile 19" or larger also are very unforgiving with potholes, which snow covers well for an unpleasant surprise while driving.

Also, they weren't too expensive. I paid about $2400 total shipped including mounting and balancing at dealership. Non-OEM options were running around the same or more, no guaranteed fitment over calipers, and frankly would have been less convenient for me to order and install.
