2021 Cashmere Silver G28 330 Li

Hi all, I am from Malaysia and new to the BMW scene. Currently have been driving a 2012 Volkswagen Passat B7 and since its 9 years old we thought its due for a replacement. Had a look at the brand new VW Arteon R line, whilst it was impressive and much cheaper than the BMW, I feel like its time to move on from the VW brand.

I wanted something as spacious as the current VW Passat, but the 5 series G30 is too expensive. So finally decided on the 330 Li. Some pics

Initially wanted Portimau Blue colour, but apparently only China market has this color. In Malaysia we only get Mineral White, Carbon Black, Cashmere Silver and Melbourne Red. This dealership only has the cashmere silver in stock for this year, if I wanted other colors i will have to wait for next year. Nonetheless, nothing a wrap cant solve.

I have not taken delivery of the car yet due to some paperwork stuffs but hopefully soon I can bring this baby back home. Looking forward for new experiences to come.

That’s a nice color. We don’t have that in the US. Oddly no shade of silver is offered.

Since im new to BMW's, from what Ive searched online , the 330Li codename is G28.

Had postponed the delivery due to our family getting infected with Covid thus needing another few more weeks of quarantine before we can take delivery of this new car.

At the dealership for delivery

Arrived at home, the Passat shall take on a new number plate before being transferred to the new owner. Length wise, very similar to Passat
