I'm on 07/2020.48. Updated by the dealer couple of weeks ago.

Cheers - I'm wondering whether it's causing some of the issues I'm having. When my car checks for updates it says no new updates are available too.

The last/only OTA update in the U.K. was 11/2019.70. Don’t know when we will see the next update but they are already 2 behind. 03/2020.xx and 07/2020.xx. I managed to persuade the dealer to update mine a month ago but was surprised to find it was the 03/2020.xx update and not 07....

Mine was built in March and delivered after lockdown with 03.2020.xx

It was updated last week by the dealer to 07.2020.45

Haven't seen many changes but radio/dab track name shows a bit better in the display.

I'm on the 11/2019.update which was done OTA. Can you just go in to the dealers and ask/get an update or would they not do this? Know this new update gives you the menu for rear DRL's which I really want is all.

What do you all think? do the dealers update for you if you ask?

My experience is that they will only update if you specify that you are having issues. I complained about CarPlay and Drive Recorder issues and they updated my software to 03/2020.xx I had hoped I would get the 07/2020.xx update.....

I'm getting occasional pictures of an X1 or X3 on startup instead of a G20. Anyone else getting same? You might use that as an issue to get an upgrade?

First I have heard of this.
When you say occasional do you mean it reverts to the G20 during a drive or the next time the car is driven?

My Spotify kept losing signal so got mine updated at the dealer approx 2 weeks ago. Now on 07/2020 but you will need to complain to get it, I had too!

Yes, although my 330i was only manufactured in Sep 2020.

It popped up on the car as I turned it off when I got home, then had a look at my phone and there were a couple of notifications on my BMW Connected App which then shown it was downloading so stuck my phone next to the router in the house to hurry it up!
Currently sat in the car installing and it's on 4%, might be a while.
