330e finally got to the dealership today, scheduled a time to take delivery, cleared meetings for the afternoon, and about 3 hours later I get a call to tell me that every vehicle that came in this batch had an issue where the navigation was not functioning properly.

Another day on ice

My dealer just gave me a similar headsup... he said "we have some Nav coding issues for some reason on 8 of our 330e's but I'm pretty sure we'll figure this out by the time your car arrives."

Anyone else running into this?

I picked up my car 2 days ago, so far have no issues with the back up camera or navigation **knock on wood**

wait, you cant take delivery?!
Yeah - what up with that? Navigation shouldn't be a safety issue. And with CarPlay and android auto, not many people use it to begin with

Seems like something that could be taken care of after delivery.

Apparently not. I asked just that - can I take delivery and get it fixed later? Just use CarPlay?

Was told no but should be another quick fix, just need the codes from BMW. I asked if it's happened before, shouldn't the codes be readily available?

Still waiting to find out if I can finally pick up today.

Same issue here with a 330e, from my dealer:

We will have to move your delivery until further notice. Our service team is in touch with Germany because they are having trouble loading in the navigation while taking the cars out of transport mode. We are waiting for Germany to release the software update so we can take all of our cars out of transport mode. As soon as they release this we can reschedule.

Sorry to hear that. Thanks for posting here. Please keep us posted.

My car is offloading today. Dealer gave me the headsup about it yesterday. He seemed to think it should be an easy fix... but if they're waiting on software, it may take time.

i was able to pick mine up yesterday without any issues. 9/24 build date.

My car arrived in Port Hueneme this morning. I just checked the VIN on the recall site, and it’s been cleared.
