Car lost in transit? Is this common?
Bmw genius is telling me my car was delivered to the dealer last Tuesday. Dealer is telling me that they don’t have the car and that it is likely still with the carrier but they are not sure. Is this common? This is happening after an overall lack of response/communication from my CA, so I’m a bit frustrated with the process.
