For some reason, my M340i has stopped either locking or unlocking via the handle. Works fine with the key fob. I have reset the iDrive which didn’t help. Any ideas?

Is it all handles or just one. I occasionally have issues with the rear drivers side door when attempting to lock using the comfort access.

It's very intermittent so will find it difficult to repeat if i report it to BMW but will mention when it's in for it's first service at the end of Feb.
