CPO 430i exhaust reccomedations that won't make BMW mad

I just bought a CPO 22 430i. I like the car but sort of dissapointed with the way it sounds. I want to upgrade my exhaust but don’t want to lose the two year unlimited mile warranty I have left on it.

I put the car in sport plus then disconnected the valve connecter so the valve is always open. Only sounds real good on cold starts.

Any recommendations? Looking to save cost and avoid warranty issues.

1k for the touring edition which is a good compromise between sound/drivability. For BMW to void your warranty they have to prove that the part caused damage. There is no way for axleback exhausts to cause engine/electrical components to fail at all.

I’m assuming this won’t work with the original valve controller cable right?

This exhaust does not have a valve, so it stays open no matter what mode you drive in. Usually this results in a CEL but this exhaust has a dummy valve simulator that fits the OEM controller cable which prevents a CEL.

If you want an exhaust that retains OEM valve functionality Dinan has a similar setup but its a bit more pricy
