Catless downpipe power gains - what to expect

Guys, I would like to know what to expect in terms of HP and TQ gains with the addition of a good catless downpipe in the b48 engine (320i/330i/330e) that only have a k&N inbox air filter and jb4 filter (map2 or 3).
I would also like to know in which rpm range the gain comes. I think the car needs more power in the high rpm range. Will it help?

Throughout the entire rev range? My main concern is improving high revs.

That's 20hp without any further tune or piggyback? If so, that's impressive. What about the OPF, how many hp by removing it?

20whp gains are definitely valid with the use of a piggy back or tune.
