ESYS G20 coding - getting started

I coded

Code:

DKOMBI4 --> LOGO_SCHRIFTZUG = msp_logo

on my G20 330e to get rid of the edrive logo in the digital speedo but it doesn't work, no M logo just blank.
Anyone else see this? Maybe more is needed?

Also coded

Code:

HU_MGU --> Startup_Emblem  = bmw_m

which changed the boot logo to ///M but only on the idrive screen, the digital speedo is still just BMW - need to do something similar in DKOMBI4? Anyone what it is called?

Hello everyone. I haven't seen anyone mention this but if someone did just correct me. Anyways, I wanted to know if it was possible to code "heavier" steering. Would love to have that. Many thanks!

My car did an OTA update to 03/2021.50 and wiped my coding out so I went to code following the same procedure that worked for me before but I get the error shown attached. Does this mean I need a new psdzdata. How can I tell what version I have already?

Connection Target name will tell you what PSdZData you have, but its irrelevant as yours is outdated, and you must update it. PM sent.

Thanks, that did the trick. Is there any way to tell the version (and the sw version it supports up to) by looking at the files prior to connection?

No. Use latest, and you dont have to worry about it.

Thanks, yes I suppose that's the best way. I just didn't realise I didn't have the latest until it failed.

I replaced both headlights ahl led on my 2020 bmw 330i, and only the right passenger turns on the high beam not the low beam, blinker only flashes the orange light than shuts off, but won't turn on with blinker switch on, daylight running lights also only turn on when blinker is on but won't turn on. I was told by seller that needs coding by professional. I bought bimmercode app and OBDLink CX OBD2 Bluetooth adapter, and was able to code some good upgrades like sports+ for example. But could not code the adaptive headlights. Will someone direct me the right way. I tried esys, with esys launcher pro, with parallel desktop since I have a MacBook Air. But could not get it to work, once I entered the code it would keep closing.
