'23 M340i Tires

Will 19x9.5 et22 245/45/19 and 19x10.5 et35 275/40/19. Worried about the tires rubbing. I will be lowered on MSS adjustable springs.

You should go down in profile on both.

245/40/19 and 274/35/19 are what Apex Wheels recommends and those guys know their stuff. I'm ordering my summer/autox set in this size too.

245 wont cover the 9.5" front wheels as much as I would like, going with 255/40 and 285/35

Hey mondayze did you execute this yet? I'm struggling (perhaps needlessly) between a 255/40 + 285/35 or 245/40 + 285/35 setup. Car is RWD. The first config (that you mentioned is .1" taller in the front while the second is .2" taller in the rear. I'm not sure it makes a handling different, and I suspect it will be nearly impossible to tell visually. I'm also not sure how much understeer is different between the 2 setups.

I will be running a 19x9 wheel up front.

I'm running a 19x9+28 with a 255/35/19 with no issues lowered on HR springs.
