Catless downpipe with no CEL

Just purchased a catless downpipe. Is there anyway to not get a check engine light? I have a 2021 m340i so flashing is not an option.

Maybe try a mini-cat - some people have used these with great success. Here is an example

I think they stopped doing that, if not that would be my first choice

You think or you know? I'd double check. There may be legal issues preventing them from saying such.

How's that possible? I have a vrsf catted dp and it gave cel until I got a tube, how did tires that's catless not give you CEL?

it's just a matter of time - sometimes it takes a little while

Most if not all trusted tuners refuse to do so now because of the heavy EPA fines. Its not worth it to them to lose their business because of it

Or you could modify the tune yourself… If you already took the cats out, the damage is done.

I have a 22 M340 with VRSF catless at the moment. I installed an O2 spacer but the check engine is still there. Is anyone aware about the angle it’s suppose to be installed at or if I need 1 or 2 spacers? Let me know please as it’s cold here in Canada and I need my remote start in the mornings🤣.

A 200 cell might be a better starting point to use the spacers.
