Switching staggered for square 330ix
I have seen a few posts on going from a square set up to staggered but not the reverse.
I am looking at buying a CPO 2019 330i xdrive with 791 performance rft equipped. I want to switch this out for a square setup with all-season tires instead. Can I just buy two 19 x 8" 791M wheels to swap out the rear wheels? I would then put 225 40R19 all-seasons. Any issues or gotchas? I am new to BMW I have not decided if I will do rft or non rft for the replacements. Oddly the car was specced with rft and the space saver spare. |

Yes, replacing all 4 tires (on the same rims as in front) is the way to go with an xDrive (because difference in rolling circumference would be a bad thing).
Remember that you need TPMS sensors in all wheels. |
