Carplay phone call quality

Hi All. Im pulling my hair out. Carplay works fine. I play Spotify through Carplay and the audio is fine. However, phone call quality received through Carplay is appalling.

My previous F30 phone quality (through bluetooth only), was far superior.

Any suggestions?

Just got a 2021 and the call quality while connected to USB and utilizing CarPlay is poor on certain calls. I can turn off and utilize the standard Honda Bluetooth association and the call quality certainly increments. I will attempt to test it out with another 2021 at the vendor.
