Hi,

I have just ordered a new M340i touring and I am thinking about what should I do with the exhaust. I really don't like the OEM look and love the quad pipes. But I don't want any additional pops and bangs and deafening sound, I like to current sound. Besides, I would love to do a minimal intrusion to the car.
So, I was thinking about getting only the exhaust tips without changing the muffler - Is there any product that would fit my needs and look good at the same time?

Those tips linked above wont work without custom fabrication. The exhaust outlet is really weird so it makes bolting on a pain.

Someone on FB posted these up yesterday. No modifications to original exhaust, just remove tips and install. He did mention that he used different M8x1.25 hardware

Not bad, I wonder if they fit the MPE outlets as well.

someone posted that they don't work with the m performance exhaust on FB. I'm going to try and find out how far off the specs are. Maybe a pipe expander could make it work? I have MPE on my build and would love a quad tip option.

This is awesome, thanks a lot.
Although, I must say I would prefer something from a renowned brand to something from Aliexpress with questionable quality. But if this is the only option, I'll go for it.

I guess it should fit touring too?

I agree 100%, definitely would prefer something from a renowned brand. Pretty much the only thing that's holding me back at the moment.

I can only assume it would fit the G21 as well.

Here's a video I found on Youtube where he's cutting his exhast and welding a Y quad tip. Nice result, but you need to cut the OEM.

Found a video where they show the MPE and stock exhaust side by side, the outlets look similar. The MPE has some weird ridging at the end that I could see causing some issues.

I may get these as well. Not thrilled about the carbon fiber so I'm going to see if they make ones in chrome or black.
