Switch to staggered setup at delivery?

I located a G20 that's on a boat and due at the port tomorrow. It's got square setup + all season RFT.

I'd prefer a staggered setup with more of a summer tire for increased top end limiter and aesthetics. I'd probably wind up going with summer staggered and separate winter wheels/tires longer term.

Has anyone had luck swapping the rear wheels + 4 tires and having the dealer lift the speed limiter before delivery?

I seriously doubt any dealer would do both of that. Your best bet would be would be to look for another car with the setup you want.

A tire swap is possible, but very unlikely. If they do agree, I assume it will be a very pricey change, since they take the risk of not being able to sell your old tires/wheels.

AFAIK there is no way for the dealer to change the speed limiter because it is factory set by the build specs.

Oh I’d expect to be stuck with the wheels and tires. For some reason I was thinking I read the limiter could be adjusted initially but now I can’t find it.
