I'm trying to understand the terms of your original post. You're asking for $10,000? To then take over the lease at that monthly rate not including tax? That seems not attractive at all compared to the actual buyout. I wish I was closer to Houston, I'd buy it outright in a heartbeat. |

I dont have an active account with BMW Financial - if you can inquire with them and see how it would work with directly buying out your lease I would consider it. Feel free to PM me.

I recently went through this it was pretty easy and straightforward, It cost a little bit money to initiate it thought. For me I did the lease transfer and then once you do the lease transfer you can buy it out. I ran the lease for about 4 months and then just bought it out, there's no incentive to buy it out ahead of time it's all the same money.

Right. I essentially was trying to understand / ask this same question in my post on May 2nd which wasn't addressed. I've never seen someone on here asking 10k for a lease transfer. justbananas - You want 10k to transfer the lease, and then someone buys it out for 55k and they have a 65k total transaction? |

Yes. If someone chose to buy it out afterwards, then roughly your evaluation would be correct. Although it’s not what I would suggest. The better deal is to complete the lease and sell outright at end of lease. This car will have the lowest residual value of all 2022’s in the market at lease end. And also, I’m willing to hear reasonable offers on the down payment. |

You got a great discount on the car during an impossible time to car shop! That's pretty great. Hope this car finds a good home. I'm assuming it took you a long time to find this deal!
