Another thing, lately everybody and their mother has done the burble thing to their cars, VW, Chevys, old Infiniti's, you name it and much louder than here and thus is now played out and super annoying due to the frequency.
I will stick with oem, last time I did a Poker Run in Miami to the keys, I got a severe headache coming back due to one old E90 I was stuck behind that had this continuous loud popping, gets old real quick.

Do you have a sound clip of the '21 with MPE and downpipe? Which downpipe do you have? Have a '21 on order and getting the MPE installed at the port.

I have a completely stock 20' M340i (US spec) and I have to aggressively try to make mine burble while driving. It burbles, but nowhere near as loud as the video in the original post. That is way too much in my opinion. It isn't a burble anymore, it's popping. Mine a is a deeper and raspy low burble.
The burbles completely disappear when I am not in Sport/Sport+. If I constantly had burbling, it would definitely get annoying. |
