I have a dreadful narrow 90° turn at work. I have all round ultrasound detectors but no front or side cameras. Do you need to transiently go into reverse in order to get the display to show proximity colour and bleeps, or does it start automatically if manoeuvring at low speed and close to an object at the front? Many thanks

You can set the sensors to come on automatically below a specific speed (there’s an option in the Park Assist menu) or you can manually switch them on by pressing the Park Assist button. I personally hit the PA button, that way I know the system is activated.

No need to go into reverse.
