There is a little bit around 1900rpm but nothing above or below it. Also, when it's in comfort mode it's pretty tame. Just deeper tone than before. Nothing that's bothersome at all the sound is great. Heard others say a downpipe changes it more so we'll see in the future.

Finally had a decent day to install the AA dp and it is just ridiculous combined with the AA exhaust. It sounds so good but is probably borderline obnoxious with the flap open.

I barked at an M3 on the test ride and he smoked me at a light...mike@x-ph.com do you have any deals coming for jb4? The valentines code won't apply in my cart

What would you say it compares to for mode wise?

Is ECO with the AA more inline with the OEM Sport for sound? Im usually in Eco/Comfort for my commutes. And Sport when Im putting around town lol

The stock exhaust really cuts down on a lot of low rpm resonating in the cabin. With the AA exhaust I think comfort mode is louder than stock sport externally. The biggest thing you'll notice as the driver is that at 1800 to 1900ish rpms under a slight load, you're going to get some cabin vibrations / resonating / buzzing / droning. That said, its managable, you get used to it, and it isn't that bad.

I replied on Reddit but I see you have a 2022. Mine is a 2020 so yours won't be as drastic. Main difference is it's deeper in comfort/eco. It's louder but not by much. When you open the valves in sport/sport+ it's a very big difference. Like stated above you may get some drone around 1800-1900 rpm but it's very manageable. I have 0 regrets getting the AA exhaust.

I have an AA downpipe and just recently got myself an AA exhaust (pretty much just because of the valve) but I have been experiencing awful drone. I threw it up on a lift and made sure everything was tightened down and still the problem is there. Anyone know a way to fix this?

A small update from my previous post:

After speaking to Active one the phone, they said I have been really the only one to experience drone. They suggested that something can be lose in the can but I didn’t hear anything. They still have to listen to the video clips I sent in, but they are releasing a new can soon. They estimated about 2 months for the new can to hit the market and they would just swap mine out with the new one. They said the new can is similar to what is in the g80 can. They liked the sound so much they wanted to implement it to the g20. All around they have great service and I am excited for the new can.
