Exactly JustChris. If I understand correctly that the M Sport package is £2,900 for both 330I and 330E then the 330E is being short changed. IF I’m interpreting this correctly
Yup you're right. I just checked and in the configuratioe at least M Performance brakes are standard on a 330i MSport.

JustChris. I understand why the 330E can’t have the larger tank and maybe the brakes have to be different for regeneration purposes.
I don’t understand why there is no M steering M suspension or professional speaker package. Surely 330E M Sport pack should be discounted?

No it's worse...if you select MSport Plus pack... for near £2k it adds the brakes.

So it's just a rip off...or the configurator is wrong.

Let's say the 330i M Sport and the 330e M Sport both cost £40k. The 330i has a bunch of extra stuff as standard (hi-fi, ltd slip diff etc). But the Plus pack cost £2k for both to "add" M sport brakes that the 330i already has. In that case the 330i owner is getting ripped on the Plus pack. The Plus pack should be cheaper for a 330i, unless there is something else in the 330i Plus pack that the 330e doesn't get.

Does that make any sense?? :-)

On the standard vehicles then the difference maybe due to all the electric gubbins the 330e needs. So to keep prices comparable the 330i has a few extra bits. I think the fact they can keep the 330e roughly the same price as a 330i is quite amazing, especially as the engine is kind of the same unit, just with different states of tune. The battery alone must cost several £k... Guessing they're not making as much profit on a 330e as a 330i!

Yes I see:-

MSport 330i is winning but agree with above 330e price is excellent
MSport Plus 330e is winning on that pack price alone but level overall!

Hi all, I think I'm sold on the concept and the car itself. Could I ask for a little help, has anyone found better than this deal below, please share if so:-

https://www.selectcarleasing.co.uk/c...-pro-4dr-auto/

I appreciate its low mileage but I will tweak this. So £3k deposit £319 month @5000mpa

So I got mine through my company car scheme (via Arval) where I guess they have scalability benefits (we've probably got 500+ cars at my company). Ignoring any BIK then the actual car is about £300/month for a standard 330e M Sport (before any options, exc. VAT, I presume there is one month rental in advance as a deposit). That's for a 3 year, 23k miles/year, fully maintained contract. By the time I added options (about £4k worth) and you allow for BIK it's about £550/month. Which I think is pretty good for a £45k vehicle...

5000 miles a year is nothing really. I drive really short distances during the week and not too much during weekends, as still manage to do 10.000 a year

Yup agreed but many advertise 5000 to look cheap, thus it seems the new baseline. It adds around £80 a month to up to reasonable mileage.

Wow... I thought my lease company was expensive. I'm getting mine for £323 all in with BIK - mines coming in at £46k. The contract is 4 years though fully maintained...

Does somebody knows when the exhaust valve opens with the new 330e? I've tried Sport, Xtraboost, turned off traction control but the valve stays closed..

like most modern cars it should open at around 3500 rpm, only when driving

So 330e BIK (company car tax liability) for me is about £210/month on its own, without paying for the actual car (will drop to around £160 after April when rate drops to 12%). Sounds very cheap :-)

I can't hear a difference above 3500 rpm, not with shifting up or shifting down...

Probably the difference is not noticeable because the exhaust is too quiet, in my Golf R with the stock exhaust I also could not hear the difference, but it was very noticeable once I removed the center silencer.

Maybe it is also possible to remove the center silencer in the 330e.

Does 330e M Sport (Non Plus Pack) has variable dampers? Like Comfort mode softens suspension and Sport would stiffen it?

Tricky6 is correct , not available in the UK.

Although it is not very stiff and it does not have run flats so more forgiving of potholes.

I have had mine for just over a week and find it just right. Driven 650 miles on a combination of cobbles(I live in Edinburgh) , concrete and tarmac with about half at motorway speed the rest at the 20mph limit we have.

I came from an overly soft suspension of a Mercedes estate 300h company car with a very firm 4 series with 19' run flat m sport suspension as our second car. The 330e is the ideal compromise, handles well but doesn't jar

Picked up a 330e today for the day before I get mine in a few weeks.

Using the supplied 3 pin connector the charge time says around 10 hours? I know it's slower using a 3 pin domestic but that seems a little excessive?

That does seem excessive, mine takes around five hours from 0% to 100% on a domestic three pin
