M340i rear diffuser swap

So I just got the parts in for the CF rear diffuser with black gloss. I haven't seen any swaps for this model so definitely don't know what I'm getting into but I'll post some pictures. If any one knows the tool used to remove the screws it would be super helpful. Going from the stock diffuser to the M CF.

i've read in the german instalation manual that the cf version needs a coding after installing. maybe it needs a calibration in the parking sensors or rear view cam
so would recomend you to check that out.

I haven't done it myself. He doesn't mention anything about sensors.

Swapped my bumper trim and diffuser. Don't need to mess with any sensors. Just used a flat plastic trim tool to help with some of the more stubborn clips in the middle is all + 8mm socket wrench for the 7 or so screens to remove the cover underneath the car to access the clips better.

I was going to buy all the parts from getbmwparts however the dealership wasn't much more and the dealership said if I got stuck they would help out at no cost so I paid about 110 more for them to order everything.

Would you happen to have a part number if its not too much trouble? I'm getting the blacked out exhaust tips soon and I think this would compliment it really well!

Is this the same one?

Yes that's the correct insert for the black glossy trim. That insert won't fit with the original gray color trim.
