Short story: I was removing the door handles of my M340i and was using a T15 to back out the door handle screw and I heard it fall inside of the door. I was able to remove the door panel and remove the piece but how do I fully remove the interior panel with the window motor. Whatbit rhe best way of putting this back on so I can put my door handle back?

Hey did you ever figure out how to refit this part? I have also lost this bracket into the door.

Looking at videos online, the door card looks easy to remove, but the inner (window regulator) panel not so much.

So as it turns out this is a huge PITA you need to remove the door card and the plastic lining behind it. It was way above my skill set and cost me 2k in labor
