Mine had a MSRP of $69,920 and I was able to get mine for $62,249 than another $3k of incentives price before tax was $59,249. Still have another $500 to claim from BMW CCA for a total of $58,749

I'm also in the DMV area. Most dealers won't even go 10% off MSRP (including/after incentives). Mind letting me know your dealer and contact out of curiosity?
I'd like to stay with my current dealer, but given the monthly payments I'm seeing for the G20 so far, I may need to cross-shop to keep things reasonable. |

Below invoice is possible as many do not know about the dealer hold back which is 5% of total MSRP. That is how some of us have deals that are below invoice and that is before incentives. Then you you take away incentives then afterwards your BMW CCA rebate check that comes from BMW NA gets you to that low number.

I was quoted at $5500 off a $60k build plus another $3000 with the incentives. But i was also given a MF of .002177, which i know is high. Zero-drive off they had me at $700/mo but I know I can get lower.

Sorry for not quoting numbers. You can DM me if need be. The numbers are irrelevant until I’m actually in possession of my M340x. As a long time BMW customer my only advice is. Try to do better than the current lease program. In my case the dealer ordered me a $61345 car on a 15K lease for the same $659 payment. That’s huge since I’m at 15K miles. Again once the car comes in the deal could get sweeter if I qualify for other programs. In my case I qualify for $2,000 owner loyalty, $1,000 lease cash and $250 for an affiliate program I have. So my deal would be hard to match without $3,250 in incentives; since owner loyalty expired. If you want a car just keep calling dealers. Do not sit down with them. Waste of time. They know the cars are not worth $799. They tell you the car is special. Ok yeah. Uh huh. The i8 is special!

Hey all,
Bought mine yesterday: Alpine White/Black MSRP: $65620 Selling Price: $60,000 $3K additional incentives on a lease MF: .00177 Residual: 57% I decided to get my full MSDs back from my prior lease (2016 X5) to have more cash in hand, it would have reduced my payment about $40, but I ended up at $760. Paid the acquisition fee, first month payment, doc fees, etc. ~$2300 I am a BMWCCA member so will get $500 back. It's at port, hope to pick it up this week. Thanks |

Few things come into play. Need a large dealer with large allocations which are out there.
You take MSRP and multiply by 5% gives you the dealer hold back. For example you will get a car with a MSRP of $65,000 has an additional $3,250 of hold back. How to get below invoice MSRP $65,000 Invoice $59,735 Hold back $3,250 True cost to dealer before training fee and such $56,485 There is training fee $180.00 to add back for total dead cost $56,665 So at 10% off the dealer still makes $2,015 on the car.

My dealer will share invoice pricing with me that is how I have access to it. If you give me an exact build I can give you exact numbers.

I was quoted more than $900 a month on a 61k MSRP build and 15k miles a year with 3k down. I was so turned off that I started looking at other cars. Maybe I could try some other dealers. I know the one close to me is notorious for giving bad deals.

You should negotiate the selling price of the vehicle before incentives, and work backwards from that using a lease calculator (like Leasehackr). $900 sounds too steep.

Another major "FWIW": There are brokers posting i8 and M3CS deals for $799/mo for 36/10 leases. It makes you wonder if having the first M340 in your neighborhood is worth the premium. To each their own though, and I'd certainly be the last person to judge.
