If someone in the Dfw area has a mpe exhaust I wouldn't mind setting a meet once quarantine has been lifted. Then we can get a side by side comparison.

It sounds good, but there's something about the 4 tips that doesn't look quite right. I wonder if one large one on each side might look better? A bit like the RS6 Vs the S6

Any pics with the polished tips? Also (I know this goes against your marketing so you'll probably say no) but can you turn the tips upside down so the Dinan logo isn't showing?

Nothing with polished I'm afraid. As far as rotating the tips... You can do whatever you want but we won't do that as it defeats the purpose of branding. |

Good new is BMW manufacturing has actually come a long way in the past few decades and EU and NA spec vehicles are increasingly more of a blurred line which is great for both us and the consumer. Unfortunately, there are a few items, like the OPF, which are unique unto the EU market. |

Is there any manual control of the valves to keep them open or are they 100% computer controlled? What happens if you don't plug them in?

If you don't plug the valves in they would always be in the position they are left in (open or close). There would be a code also thrown (only visible on a scanner) but its a one way street down to the valves so it wouldn't actually throw a CEL. |
