Anybody has an Official link from BMW?
I picked up my 2021 330e this Friday! lol When I go to the BMW Connect app and search for recalls based on my VIN, it returns 0 recalls. |

Yes thats what ive been told. My car is still on track for mid november delivery. But then again, prior to this recall, the last one said only cars built in july had issues with the battery welds.

I received a phone call today from BMW about the recall. They told me to unplug my G20 330e and drive it only in hybrid mode. I had called the service dept at my dealership last week, but they had no info.

I think these two recalls are separate issues aren't they? Battery welds was for cars built in July, and this latest (and bigger) recall is about contamination within the battery causing a possible short circuit when being charged? Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see it as a small problem growing into a bigger problem. They're both different.
