In the second step of the picture shown, there are two screws holding the Microfilter cover on, other than the clips on either end. My vehicle is missing the left screw, and the left clip is broken.

From what I’ve read, the clip being snapped off doesn’t matter so much, but the screws are really necessary to hold the cover on. However, after an hour on realOEM, I haven’t been able to find the part number for those screws.

Closest I’ve come is 64119382894, but I’m not sure this contains those screws.

Any guidance on how to go about getting these screws replaced?

I haven't done this change, but is it just screwing into plastic? If so, can you take the screw you have to a hardware store and find something close enough? If you cross-thread the plastic a bit, I don't think it's a big deal.

Go to the dealer, provide your VIN, tell them what part you need.

Buy it, install it, job done.
