Lease BMW 330i

Alright guys, I need help ASAP on what modifications are best to do on a leased 330i. (Cosmetics, exhaust, etc)

this is my first bmw lease.... but I have leased other cars before.. Ive usually done changes like exhaust, high flow cats, rims, suspension.... cosmetics I try to do stuff that doesnt require me drilling..
but anything like tunes.. turbo upgrades.. etc etc could make your warranty void.. To be honest if the dealer can prove the failure you want repair was caused due to your mod, they can deny warranty work... so thats a risk you take when you mod your car.
