M440 and Cobra springs and adaptive suspension

Im getting close to getting my M440i soon with adaptive suspension and I'm interested in getting it lowered a little. I see that Cobra is coming out with a set of springs for it, I was wondering because this is my first car/coupe (many x5 and x3 in the past) will it affect anything with the handling and drive of it. I also live in NY so I will be driving in the snow as well and will be getting a set of winter tires for it, so is space an issue I should consider as well? Thanks

Yes and yes. To what degree I’m not sure as I haven’t seen the kit or how much it differs from stock.

What about any lowering spring brand? What affect does it have in coupes/sedans, as I mentioned this is my first car that is not a sav.

I'm running H&R springs on my G20. Sure, they're slightly firmer, but the stance is greatly improved as is stability and handling.
