Is there a state or dealership ANYWHERE in the US known for best pricing?

This is cross-posted from another thread but I thought it deserved its own thread in this forum as well.

I will be taking delivery of a M340i 2021 factory build in the near future. I live about 10 miles from the BMW Performance Center in South Carolina and am taking Performance Center delivery because frankly it is the closest place for me to get the car anyway. I will likely do Performance Center delivery for all future leases/purchases. While I used the same dealer I used in 2018 and 2014 for my prior leases this time around, I actually have the flexibility since doing Performance Center deliver to have my cars actually leased/purchased from ANY center in the country.

Is there a specific state or dealership that is well known for having better incentives or more flexibility or some other reason to purchase from there generally along these lines?

Wow wish I lived that close to the factory. Well as far as dealerships , certainly not here in California. I have seen great deals on here they seem to be in south and southwest. Others may have more specific info

It seems like the best deals come from the NorthEast. Probably due to the number of dealers in that area.

East coast of FL worked for me. I tried several dealers on the west coast of FL where I live and the difference in a lease price for an ordered 330i was in the hundreds of dollars per month, even going to the dealers where I've previously purchased.

Thanks for the info, any dealer in particular you've had luck with? I'm ready to place an order for a custom m340i and haven't had much luck negotiating a good price with the dealer I'm currently talking to.

Dealer

Let me know if you are still looking. I can share the info. I ordered X5 in Jan and will pick it up in SC. That said, there will be a $300 charge for a notary if it's not a dealer pick up.

Sean Mitchell at Braman Motorcars in West Palm Beach. It was an easy no haggle no BS process with him and his entire team. That dealer does serious volume, but I did not feel like their customer service suffered for it.

What discount was your dealer giving you?

I had a pretty good/similar experience at BMW of Delray beach.
Braman, South Motors, and this Autonation dealer seem to do the most volume in SE FL and would give a shot at a better deal. It's always a good move to get quotes from all and pit them against each other.

That's what I did recently and came away pretty happy.

Back in spring/summer 2019 these SFL dealers were all giving outrageous quotes as such I got my car summer 2019 from TX through a broker. Also got a good quote from a dealer in PA, no bs. Good to know local dealers are offering good deals now lol.
