Hey Guys for those of us with Locked DME's you can at least do the xhp tranny flash. Mine worked great, got a 21 M240.

take a look at my thread, this will make a big difference on the M340 as well.

Disregard this post, they don't have a support version as of yet for the M340

How did you get a tranny tune for your M340i? I went through their list of supported cars but looks like our G20 cars aren't supported?

He has an M240i which is not on the G20 platform.

Appreciate you trying to help, but your car is on a completely different platform. XHP does not currently have any tranny flashes for the G20 platform. You may want to edit or delete your post to avoid confusion with folks.

lol no worries, 240 is a little rocket, the tranny flashed helped so much feels like a dct. I'm ordering the JB4 in a week to at least use that until bootmod3 can crack this ecu.

Hehe no worries. And yes. You answered a doubt I had lingering at the back of my mind. Whether a TCU flash makes a difference in a stock or JB4 tuned car Guess I'll be getting one when they come out with it for the G20 330i which is supposedly sometime this year.

Awesome it's really nice your going to love the shifts and god damn when you get on it, it lunges into the next gear. I was in such a personal battle when deciding between the 240 and 340 it was during the lockdown and couldn't drive either car LOL. I finally made a choice of a coupe and saw what the reflash outputs are on the 240 and weight and i was sold. It's a really nice little sports car, after my lease is done i think i want to move up to the real M model if it doesn't break the bank and awd is a must.
