Hi all,

Ended up going through a 3rd party broker. 52k MSRP loaded 330 xDrive Msport. With just taxes and fees up front was roughly 420ish per month.

I decided to roll everything into the payment. Incentives included, 1500 lease cash, 500 loyalty, 500 PenFed and 500 BMW driving event.

Totally due at signing is just 1st month and monthly is 537. I also purchased in full up front the 3 year wheel and tire warranty for 890. I think it's worth it in NYC.

For 19 inch rims in NY definitely worth it.

Not sure how in the world you guys are getting this kind of discounts maybe you are in locations where these cars are not in demand, because here in NJ I don't believe you can get %13 of MSRP.
All of the 10%+ off of list prices include a $2500 rebate.

Negotiated the following for my mom on a loaded 330xi M Sport, $52,600 msrp:
-Max MSD's down ($4200)
-$1142 drive offs (first payment, plate, dealer fees only)
-36/10k
-$558/mo 6% PA tax included

-$1500 lease credit, .00086 MF, dealer discount was $4,xxx (forget the exact amt of discount), NO LOYALTY.

I am stopping out with her for the delivery Friday- If they are willing to pay me far too much for my F80, i may trade it, cash out on the equity, and lease an M340i.

Anyone lease an M340xi with a $60k MSRP this month?

I picked up my car from a dealer in PA.

Same MSRP, 538 month, with just 1st month up front. No MSD's required. I can refer you to my broker. He may be able to get you a better deal without MSD's.

My mother was fine with the deal i posted about, she picked up that car. However i couldn't get them to budge more than 9% off MSRP w/ $2k in rebates on the M340xi.

I am hoping loyalty and rebates will be stronger in march. I also have a trade which complicates things if i use a broker.

No, it won't complicate things. The broker just has this set % off MSRP. You can structure the deal however you see fit.

I'm looking to lease an M340i xDrive with an msrp of about that, so I'd be interested in seeing whats reasonable too.

Just placed an order on a build Saturday!

2021 M340ix, $66,770 MSRP
Purchase price of $59,900 after rebates/negotiation
Northeast region

Overall I think this was a pretty good and aggressive offer and got the 10% off I was targeting.

What's everyone else getting for % off in the northeast region?

Congratulations, hopefully your wait won't be too bad. What was the breakdown of the dealer discount and the incentives?

Who should I ask about pricing on a 2021 M340l Xdrive? With these options? I want to add Individual Paint as well. Any Dealer's that I should seek for best pricing? Not sure why the picture is so blurry.

Left the 3 series leasing scene about a year ago. Came back here checking to see where thing are at. Wow, these deals are not great. RV are so low and incentives are barely existent compared to a few years back. With the world driving less with the pandemic, I figured BMW would be incentivizing folks to lease, but apparently they must be doing just fine.

I think you and I got our M340s right around the same time. Definitely no deals like we've seen, hopefully things will get back to that in the next year or so. I'm going to need a new car in about two... 🤣🤣🤣

Yea I actually swapped my lease out to someone else last summer because with the shutdown and living in the city the car wasn’t being used. Now I’m partnered up and looking at X3’s. Crazy that we’ll end up spending more for less of a car, maybe will have to cross shop other brands.
