can we buy/use the BMW OEM CARBON FIBER RETROFITTING SHIFT PADDLES SET - BMW (61-31-9-501-592) that is an option on the new M cars?! it practically the same wheel and I saw them on bmwpartpros under the m440 section!

It's listed under 3 series/m340i now on bmwpartspros with the same part number 61-31-9-501-592 so it must fit, but it shows as "pre-order only" currently.
A bit steep at $571 tho, I'm digging the Auto Techknic paddles over these at nearly half the price, but just haven't pulled the trigger yet.

The genuine paddles are on backorder until the beginning of 2021. I have the feeling it will be alot of longer than a few weeks.
