Harsh shifting into odd numbered gears

This only happens in sport mode under decent load, or any time in sport plus mode. The shifts into even number gears in the same mode are normal, but there is a strong "punch" that happens when shifting into the odd numbered gears. Does anyone know what this may be? Thanks
