M Performance Exhaust - how does it match up with the fake sound pumped into cabin?
All cars nowadays pump artificial engine/exhaust sound into the cabin from what I understand. I am wondering if I have an M performance exhaust put onto my incoming M340i whether or not it really sounds discordant with the sounds I am hearing in the cabin. From what I know I can drive in comfort and have pretty similar sounds to a stock exhaust, but can have the roars and burbles I want throwing it into sport. Seriously considering having it put on at this point.
As an aside... if this is installed at the port, do they also install M performance decals on the sides of the car? I definitely do not want the decals...
