Any issues with Bridgestone Turanza LS 100A RFT ?
With 1200 miles, a screw in the tire and bearly hitting a pot hole I blew out the sidewalk on my tire. They are 225/40 R19. I've hit pot holes before and this wasn't anywhere nearly as scary as previous tire types before. I am going to replace the same brand tire but I was wondering if anyone else has any opinions or experiences with this tire. Any thoughts or better tire options if it happens again?

I actually had a similar thing happen to me last week - hit a huge pothole on the freeway and the sidewall got a bubble and a slow leak, barely 1,000 miles on the clock!
I took it to the dealer to get the tire replaced but it seems that the Bridgestones are not really in stock anywhere so they ended up replacing all 4 tires with the Pirelli Cinturato P7s. I only had to pay for the cost of one tire which was nice. I didn't like the Bridgestones at all (don't understand why BMW put such bad tires on this car), and the Pirelli's are better, but I do plan on swapping out to PS4S in the summer, just waiting for the last bits of snow and ice to melt away.

I hit a small pothole a week ago and ripped the Turanza sidewall. Actually my second one on this car. Two RFTs on my last car did the same. I now have regular tires on my car and won't look back
