New M340i Guy!
So after months and months of searching I finally found my M340i. I've had a 2015 435i Gran Coupe for the last 5 1/2 years. I bought it in 2018 in near mint condition with nearly all options. I try to keep my cars for 4-5 years so I succeeded there. The gran coupe was a great car and I really enjoyed it but it was getting a little old. My new BMW is a 2021 cpo car. I have warranty until Dec 2025. The maintenance history is current and shows regular oil changes, brake fluid flush, coolant flush and brand new tire. The car is a solid 9 in condition. Wheels have no blemishes. I was full bolt on with the 435i including BM3. Not sure where I will go with this car. Definitely getting it tinted. Possibly a rear spoiler. Wish Bootmod3 would crack the ecu. I noticed the tires are 225 all around. This is a rwd car. I thought they would be staggered like the 435i. Would like some bigger meat in the back. I've got lots of searching to do to figure out all the new features.

Mazel Tov buddy! You’re gunna love it. I love mine.
I see you’re in Miami too. Or at least you picked it up from Braman. We have some good shops down here. Active is down here which is a plus. Mikes BMW in south Miami (it’s where I take mine for servicing and any parts install). Vossen wheels is also located here and I think they have some really nice wheels. Miami performance inc is also a great tuner shop. Wheels and detail boutique. List goes on. |

Welcome! I am usually a jet black/alpine white person but this blue is so awesome that I may switch next time.

That is funny you say that. I really don't like black and white. They seem hard to keep clean. The last 4 cars I've had were grey or silver. Blue is definitely a big change for me.

Is there a way to turn off the auto stop/start feature? In the 435i you could just press a button.

Yes. There is a button to the left of gear selector. By the camera buttons or above drive mode buttons. Only problem is you have to press it every time you get in car if you’re driving in comfort mode. Auto start/stop is off in sport and sport plus.

So the auto start/stop button is only on the 2020 models. in 2021 they removed the button because they added a small battery to assist the motor.

Still trying to figure out a lot of the features here. Can't tell if I have heated seats or not. I do have S842 Cold-Climate Version listed as a addon. I also have the S823 Hot-Climate Version. Not sure what these do.
