Black does look good when it's clean though. As new just after the ceramic coating applied... And these photos taken yesterday after washing and the car being 8 months old... |

Jeez I’d better step up with my cleaning/polishing regime.
The hand wash guys do (what I thought) to be a good job on my Portimão blue 330e but after 20 minutes on the Fosse way it’s a tractor. As it’s a contract hire I tend to treat it as a tool not a jewel. The car in the pic looks great and reminds me of the day I took delivery of mine. |

I have a Sapphire Black 330i...wouldn't have been my first choice but it was the right spec at the right price. It does show the dirt quite easily but I wouldn't let it put you off..looks stunning when it's clean.... |

BSM 330i here too. Can be a bit of a bugger to keep clean but as Andybird has said when it's clean & if you have the extended shadow line pack it's mean as feck looking.

I have Black Sapphire. Looks great when clean. If you get ceramic coating it's a lot easier to clean.

These dealers are proper nightmare, find one i like, ask for some figures then they come back with its sold?
ive been looking for one with Msport plus, tech but found a lovely one with premium. been offered the comfort pack but i can't see the point of the powered boot on such a small opening? |

The comfort opening on the boot is quite useful once you get used to it - not essential though. The comfort opening on the doors is well worth having in my opinion, again not essential but a feature I like a lot.
If I recall correctly the Premium pack includes a sunroof; again my personal opinion is this is desirable as it lightens up the interior significantly, especially if you have the drab black interior like me (I would have ideally had a light interior, makes all the difference). And electric front seats with memory are to my mind a requirement of a £30k plus car. We are all different though - my favourite pack is Technology - I just love the heads up display! |
